Rogue Rider Industries offers a 30 Day - No Hassle return policy on parts and accessories. All special orders are not returnable/refundable.
Rogue Rider Industries products in new, uninstalled/unopened condition will not incur a restocking fee.
Items purchased with our Free Shipping option will have the shipping cost deducted from the refund.
Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Returns must be pre-authorized and are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Feel free to contact us regarding specific products and restocking fee's.
An order can only be cancelled if the status is still “Processing”. Once an order is “Complete” the order cannot be cancelled as it has already shipped. Cancellations are subject to a 3% cancellation fee.
These amounts will be deducted from the original amount billed and the remaining balance will be credited to the original payment method.
In order to qualify you will need to provide proof of purchase and the product must be in new, uninstalled/unopened condition.
