Limited Warranty and Limited Liability
Rogue Rider Industries branded products covered by this warranty are warranted to the original purchaser against any defects in the materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. If the product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it without charge or replace it at our discretion. The customer may be responsible for shipping and handling fees. Only original, unaltered, and unmodified items and workmanship are covered. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of materials over extended time and use. If the product is found to not be defective or not covered under warranty, it may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.
Except as otherwise prohibited by law, Rogue Rider Industries has no responsibility or liability whatsoever for direct, incidental, or consequential damages for any reason, including damage resulting from a breach of a warranty or condition such as installation labor charges, freight, loss of use or damage to vehicle or personal property, or injury to operator or third parties. Rogue Rider Industries liability is limited to repair and replacement of items purchased. Some states do not allow limitations on the exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
This warranty is only available in the United States.
